Collaboration has been a key component to every job I have ever had. Working with others is essential to accomplishing goals, and, for me, to feeling a sense of fulfillment with my career. Working with people in a variety of professional capacities has helped to broaden my own understanding of my professional role. By collaborating with others I believe we set a positive example about how a group of different personalities can work together toward reaching a common goal.
