- Learn to recognize your own stress level and stress level of those being cared for

- Become familiar with a career and caregiving wellness model that includes bio-physical, emotional, social, financial, family, work, leisure, and spiritual dimensions
- Explore financial and legal factors, as well as move-management, home modification, housing, and other caregiving issues
- Learn how to set up a family caregiver support team
1-Day On-Site Workshop
- Create a personal family caregiver portfolio
- Design a personal family caregiver map
- Participate in self-renewal activities
- Take and administer assessment instruments
7 tele-interviews with Experts on Aging Issues
- Access tele-interviews with career and caregiving experts

Learn about advising family caregivers - strategies and solutions in a restorative, one-day retreat , plus seven 1-hour teleconferences and seven audio recorded interviews with career and caregiving experts
