Employee Abuse in the Workplace


Employee Abuse in the Workplace is verbal, emotional, and psychological abuse not covered by laws among employees, managers, and customers in the workplace. Examples include yelling, lying, and depriving of rights.  This tele-interview defines workplace abuse; describes reasons people act abusively; identifies ways to helps recipients of abuse, their abusers, and their organizations; and lists methods of preventing and stopping workplace abuse.  Stimulating and controversial this interview is one you will definitely want to hear!

 


 

Bio


Terry L. Wynne is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Specialist of Education degree and a Master of Education degree, both in counseling. She is the owner of The Professional Edge, an organization specializing in career counseling, training, and writing services.  For over 20 years, she has provided career counseling to over 2,000 clients ranging from entry level to CEO. For over 25 years, she has provided training for National and State Conventions, companies, professional organizations, colleges, universities, technical schools, and on cruise ships. 

 

Terry has written commercials; audio-visual presentations; brochures; articles for web sites, newsletters, newspapers, and magazines; and has a publishing contract for a series of children’s books.  Terry has hosted her own talk show radio program and has been a guest on a number of radio programs and teleseminars.  She has worked in the fields of business, higher education, criminal justice, private industry, government, mental heath, and information technology.
