How the Principles and Practices of Deep Democracy Can Be Applied to Workplace and Wellness

"Deep Democracy", a concept developed by Arnold Mindell in 1988, is a key concept in a new paradigm called Process Work. Process Work is an approach to individual and collective change with roots in psychology, physics, spirituality, and systems theory. Process Work has been applied to the areas of: chronic physical symptoms, comatose states, addictions, relationship problems of all kinds, extreme states of mind, community conflict, and organizational development. Begun as an approach in the late 1970’s, Process Work has institutes in Australia, Denmark, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland, and the US.
