Bio
Roberta (Bobbi) Floyd, is a CDF Master Trainer, NCC, NCCC, LPC, CDF eLearning Instructor. She is a past president of the National Employment Counseling Association (NECA) and has over twenty years of experience as a counselor in Employment and Training Programs. She counsels students and teaches career development to adults at Oakland Community College. She was part of the team at Oakland University that authored the first CDF curriculum. Roberta has worked as an administrator for career programs, as well as served as a train-the trainer and career counselor. She now provides career development training throughout the world.

Introduction
This is Dr. Sally Gelardin with Careerwell tele-interviews. Our interviewee today, Roberta (Bobbi) Floyd, is a Career Development Facilitator (CDF) Master Trainer, NCC, NCCC, LPC, and CDF eLearning Instructor. As many of you know, Bobbi and I have taught the CDF and CDF Instructor training together for many years. I have learned a lot from Bobbi and it is an honor for me to interview her.
