Aging is Amazing

We all have a picture in our heads of growing old.  We see people who have lost their ability to remember, who are too tired to begin new and exciting projects, who are bolted to their television sets unable to walk without walkers or accept a new idea.  This picture bears no relation to modern reality yet many seniors let the specter of physical disintegration haunt them.  They waste fruitless hours working on their appearance and their diet habits to LOOK younger when, in reality, the latter years of life can be the best and most exhilarating of their lives. Learn how to open doors to adventure, create your own enriching experiences and channel the energy you once devoted to job and family into rewarding self expression.

Topics we shall discuss:
*Living alone and loving it
*Caring about yourself and nurturing your pampering yourself.
*Recognizing your inner beauty and letting it shine for others
*Ridding yourself of preconceived notions of what you can or cannot do.
*How the arts can free you to be as young as you feel.
*Choices:  how so many things we do in life because we think we must when in reality we have choice.
*Your emotional Style
*How to balance upkeep with living

The world awaits, as Lynn Ruth Miller will help us discover.
