You are going to write a book.  So is Ms. Thoma.  So is everyone else in your class.  Oh, and you are going to write it in 30 days.

You are not going to be alone.  Thousands of people around the country and around the world participate in National Novel Writing Month, NaNoWriMo, every year.  Last November, 15,000 young writers joined the 79,000 adult participants in writing a novel in one month.
