Welcome!
 
My name is Megan Thoma, and I currently teach 9th grade English and Literacy Strategies at Hope Arts High School in Providence, Rhode Island.  I’ve created this site as a tool for the students in my classes, their parents, and anyone interested in the work being done at Hope.  I also wanted a place to showcase the astounding writing and interdisciplinary projects students create during the year.
 
Be sure to check daily for homework assignments and projects.  I will also be adding student work and some of my favorite sites on a regular basis.  Because we are an arts school and because it is a personal passion of mine, I try to incorporate art, dance, theatre, and music into all that I do.  Hopefully, you will see this in the assignments, student work, and the various links.  Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or comments about anything you see here or the amazing things happening at Hope.  MissThoma@gmail.com
