The following are suggestions. Not written in stone, but a guide to help aspiring artists plan their high school art careers. Remember, you should plan to have your art portfolio ready by the end of your FIRST semester, senior year.

Freshman Year
2D Foundations
Foundations in Computer Graphics
 
Sophomore Year
Intermediate Drawing
Intermediate Computer Graphics OR Intermediate Painting
 
Junior Year
Advanced 2D Art
This class incorporates Advanced Drawing, Painting, and Computer Graphics. Focus is up to student.
 
Senior Year
Advanced 2D Art
 
This will give you 4 credits in art. (8 semesters of classes.) Of course, we encourage you to take as many as you can get away with. The current records belong to Ryan Walters and Derrick Tarrance with 14 classes each.
For seniors, the first semester of this class is portfolio preparation. The second semester is up to the student.
