• Prerequisite: None This is an introductory level course for students interested in the areas of video, video post-production work, and the television broadcasting industry. Students will be expected to learn the basic operation of video cameras, Video Decks, and Non-linear editing systems. Other areas to be covered include studio set-up and the television and radio industry, script writing, lighting, advertising, and other aspects of the broadcasting and Visual Media industry.
Students with a
GPA over 4.0 may take this course Pass/Fail with permission of
instructor and guidance
counselor.
