Hello.  I am Edgard De La Cruz.  I have made 4 films in my filmmaking class and many other ones outside of school.  I mostly do comedy movies because I have a BIG sense of humor and comedy is my favorite genre of film.

My film is called Parent Conference.  It is a film about a kid who falsely translates what his teacher tells him to his mom.  I thought of this idea the day that there was going to be a parent conference in my school. Also because this has been something I have always wanted to do in real life. This is my favorite movie I have made because almost everyone can relate to it and I really liked the fact that my mom came out in it.

I have learned many things in Mr. Lansdown's class. I really like the fact that I can express myself through film and that I can talk to people through film. I thank him for teaching me everything I know right now. I was never interested in filmmaking before this class, but now I want my career to be filmmaking.
