Workshop in Art (Grades 9 - 12)

This is a class for the student interested in hands on, project-based art. Here, students will be introduced to the basic techniques and materials used in art. Students will explore media including pencil, colored pencil, watercolors, tempera, paper mache, linoleum printing media, and markers. Students will work on two-dimensional projects as well as three-dimensional. The emphasis will be on creativity, craftsmanship, and effort.
