This was the sixth year that SHS participated in the Street Painting Festival in downtown Providence, and once again we had motivated artists creating exceptional chalk drawings all day long. 

Thanks to all of the artists who developed designs and participated in the event, as well as to all of the faculty who stopped by to support our artists. 

This year Steve, Jeff, Tyler, and Zach were awarded first place in the high school division for their drawing "citizen bee" and Brian and Ashley won third place for their drawing "Koi Pond".  Wooo Hooo Smithfield!  Great Job!
